3 DAYS SAFARI TAITA HILLS AND TSAVO EAST

Embark on a 3-day Kenya safari adventure through Taita Hills and Tsavo East. Spot elephants, lions and various wild animals in their natural habitats. Explore spectacular landscapes, from lush hills to vast savannas.

DAY 1: WATAMU – TAITA HILLS

• Departure from Watamu around 6:00 to reach the luxury Taita Hills Sanctuary park, the only one where it is possible to go on a night safari accompanied by rangers.

• Taita Hills Sanctuary is a protected nature reserve located in southeastern Kenya, spanning over 28,000 acres of savanna grassland and dense forest. The sanctuary offers visitors a unique opportunity to see exotic African animals in their natural habitat, including elephants, giraffes, zebras, waterbuck and impala. The reserve boasts several environmental initiatives aimed at preserving the biodiversity and sustainability of the area, creating an ideal habitat for hundreds of bird species.
  

• We arrive at the lodge at 10:00 to check in. We leave for the game drive, then return for lunch.
  
• Rest until around 3.45pm, when we will leave for the game drive until sunset.
  
• Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
  
• Possibility of going on a night safari, ideal for hunting down lions and other predators, free from the sun and the heat of the day (to be requested separately).
  

DAY 2 – TSAVO EAST

• We leave early in the morning for the game drive to enjoy the coolness before the heat arrives.
  
• We return for breakfast and around 9:30 we head out again, towards Tsavo East National Park.
  
• In about 45 minutes we arrive at the park and go on game drives until lunch time.
  
• We head to the lodge for check-in and lunch.
  
• Relax until 3pm, when we leave for the game drive until sunset.
  
• At sunset I return for dinner and an overnight stay.
  

DAY 3 – TSAVO EAST - WATAMU

• Breakfast at 5.30 and departure for a new game drive at 6.00, until 10.30.
  
• Slowly we head towards the exit and take the road back to Watamu.
  
• We will be able to stop at the Green Hill school, supported by the For Kenya Ets association, to learn about the development and cooperation projects carried out in these areas.
  
• Arrival in Watamu around 1pm, and you can comfortably enjoy lunch at the hotel.
  

THE SAFARI FEE INCLUDES:

• All transfers aboard a special 4×4 jeep with opening roof for photo safaris
• Entrance fee to all parks
• Overnight stay in all-inclusive treatment (drinks excluded with meals)
• Bottled mineral water during all game drives
• Authorized local guide with regular license (in Italian)
• Professional local driver certified for safari driving (can also be a guide)
• Insurance with full safari coverage (replacement vehicle, rescue service, etc
